At 317,307 Industries Ltd , we guarantee that all products will be shipped to you free of material defects and workmanship. If you receive any product that show defects in material or workmanship, 317,307 Industries Ltd. will provide a no-cost replacement if you contact us in writing within 15 days from the date you received your order. Please open and inspect each shipment immediately, so that any problems can be dealt with quickly. All graphics purchased from 317,307 Industries Ltd. are considered final sales. There is no warranty or refund period for graphics purchases.

317,307 Industries Ltd. will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The lead times indicated on this website are only estimates. 317,307 Industries Ltd. will not be held accountable for any third party carrier delaying the shipment of products. All claims must be processed directly with the third party carrier.

Change Orders & Order Cancellations

All change orders must be made in writing to ronnie@jemcodisplay.com. Any verbal change orders will not be accepted. Change orders include, but are not limited to; changes in shipping addresses, changes in production times, or changes in products purchased. All change orders are subject to additional charges or refunds where applicable. All change orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the retail value of the goods. All payments for change orders must be paid in full for a change order to be accepted, and moved onto the next step in production or shipping.

All order cancellations must be made in writing to ronnie@jemcodisplay.com. When an order is cancelled, it may be subject to cancellation fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If an order is completed and shipped, no order cancellation will be accepted. All order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee up to 50% of the retail value of the goods. Examples of where restocking fees would apply: customized graphics have been put into production, or products have been pulled from stock shelves to fulfill order.
